Beer chiken

Recently I’m enthusiastic about camping.
I tried to go camping this Saturday and Sunday, but the weather was not good, so
I had a barbecue alone in my garden.

And I made beer chicken.

First of all, preparation.
Prepare a whole chicken.

Mix 500 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt to make a liquid.
Then soak the meat there.
Refrigerate for at least half a day.

And barbecue.
I drink only half of the beer.

Cover the beer can with a whole chicken.

Then bake on the barbecue.
Cover with aluminum for steaming.

It will be completed in 1 hour.

I really wanted to do this.
It was delicious anyway.
