I challenged Paella, a typical Spanish dish.

It may be different from the real paella.
Saffron is used to bring it closer to the authentic paella.
1. Soak saffron in water for 30 minutes.
2. Stir in chopped onions and garlic.
3. Add raw rice and fry together.
4). Add water soaked with saffron.
5). Add some salt and consomme.
6). Add the whole shrimp and simmer for 15 minutes.
7). Add paprika and simmer for more 15 minutes.
