Roasted chicken – One piece cooking

I made this at Christmas a few years ago

 

Prepare a whole bird.

Then put the rice in the belly and bake it in the oven.

 

The meat soup soaked in the rice and tasted very good.

 

I hear that Christmas is a very important event in the West.
I always hear that we get together with family members and give presents together.

Japanese Christmas rarely celebrates Christmas with family.
Sometimes a family celebrates in a house with small children.
People with lovers often celebrate Christmas together.
If there is no lover, spend Christmas alone.

I had no lover at this time, so I cooked alone and ate this dish alone.
It was delicious but maybe a little lonely.

However, most Japanese work late until Christmas night.
I think Japanese work styles should be improved as in the West.
